Is Vio.com Legit or a Scam?

if you scammed fill this form mychargeback will recover your lost money

People are searching on Google to find out if the website vio.com is a scam or legit. Vio.com used to be findhotel.net.

From what I can tell, no, vio.com doesn’t appear to be a scam. Vio.com appears to be legit. I looked around on the website and noticed that it’s a travel booking website. You enter a city, your dates, and the website will search online for you. They’ll check Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, and others. And if you choose one of those third-party websites, it will take you to that website so you can book through those big-name travel booking companies. In some cases, you can also book directly through vio.com.

Here’s why I believe some people might be asking if vio.com is a scam or legit. I read through their reviews on Trustpilot.com, where they have a score of 4.3 out of 5 with 5,651 reviews. It appears that some people who booked directly through vio.com sometimes don’t understand why they didn’t immediately get an email confirmation and they believe their money has been taken. Some people said they booked directly through vio.com and then immediately called the hotel and said there was no record of their stay in the hotel’s system. On Trustpilot, the company explained to many people that the reason why is because the booking sometimes won’t show up in the hotel’s system until right before the stay occurs. Here’s my opinion. If you booked a reservation directly through vio.com and you’re worried about something, send the company an email to ask for confirmation if you didn’t receive one in your inbox.

Now, let me say that you might be finding my video about if vio.com is legit because you have an issue and you need the website’s support team to help you out. I totally understand that. Visit their website and let them know what your questions are, and hopefully they can help out. And be sure to check your spam folder for responses from them if you do email them.

Also, let me say that if you had a big issue and it made you angry and you’re frustrated and maybe the room you booked wasn’t the room you got or there was an issue with a charge on your credit card or something was wrong with the hotel room. A trip, especially a leisurely vacation, is something we all want to go just right. We need those vacations so we can relax, right? If you had a booking issue, I hope you can get it resolved.

And let me say this. On the vio.com website, which again used to be findhotel.net, it says that the company has been around for several years. They have a company blog where their employees take trips together. They have a video of their offices that looked to be in Amsterdam. They have job listings online. The company has a LinkedIn page. I haven’t used vio.com myself, as I prefer using Google’s built-in hotel booking search engine, but I saw no signs that there was some big scam happening here.

Go to the Trustpilot page and read some of the reviews for yourself. Also, read some of the company’s responses to people. Their responses are very detailed and they often try to find the customer’s booking after seeing a name on Trustpilot so that they can do everything possible to reach out via email and try to resolve the situation.

As always, I hope you got something out of this video. I’m making all of these videos on my own time on nights and weekends to help people out. This video wasn’t a review of vio.com, but rather just my own opinion of what I was able to find. Before making any decisions to book a trip online, I recommend you do some of your own research into the company as well. I’m not advising anyone to book on this website or that website, but rather just talking about what I was able to look up.
